This Isn’t Construction, It’s Surgery!
We removed brick from the skin of the building around the windows and doors to access the deteriorated waterproofing membranes behind the brick which was failing to keep the building watertight. The obsolete materials were then replaced with advanced waterproofing membrane systems. Finally, we had to stitch the brick back into the buildings’ skin and then apply a state-of-the-art high performance potassium silicate color match coating to replicate the existing brick color tone. The building is now ready to take on the next decade of environmental stress.
