President & CEO
Craig is owner, founder, and qualifier of The Aerial Companies, Inc. which he established in 1981. With over 40 years of experience in specialty construction and remediation, Craig actively participates in both sales and operations and enjoys helping customers resolve complex problems efficiently and permanently. He is a State Certified General Contractor and licensed Mold Remediator. He also provides litigation support for construction defects cases and insurance claims and serves as an expert witness during the litigation process.
Vice President
Ed joined Aerial in 1982. He’s from Port Huron, Michigan and attended Central Michigan University. Ed interacts with our customer base, develops job scopes and coordinates the project managers, foreman and field crews. He also documents work performed and maintains the quality of work as well as the time scheduled to perform the work. He is a waterproofing specialist which allows him to interact with our customers in solving their problems with water intrusion.
Vice President of Operations
After serving 11 years with the Department of Defense in various locations around the world, Daniel Kobza comes to The Aerial Companies with a wealth of experience leading diverse teams of personnel in complex, high-pressure environments and ensuring complicated, time-sensitive projects are completed in a timely manner. Daniel also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
The skills he brings from his previous education and employment enable him to be highly effective managing our operations, both from the field and internally, to execute our projects on time and on budget while also ensuring continuous client communication.
As a Naples native with many local connections and relationships, Daniel is able to efficiently and effectively manage construction job sites while providing opportunities for dependable local subcontractors and vendors.
Vice President of Estimating

Zach has attended Florida Gulf Coast University, Valencia Community College in Orlando, and Edison College in Naples. Zach has been employed in various positions at The Aerial Companies since 2006. As Chief Estimator, Zach manages the estimating department along with analyzing costs and budgets with operations and project managers. He utilizes advanced estimating software to increase efficiency and accountability.
Vice President
William was born and raised locally in Naples, FL and has been working in the construction industry since he was a teenager. After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at Florida Gulf Coast University, William developed his skills at several local construction industry companies before joining Aerial, gaining further proficiency in the trade skills, Project Management, and job cost accounting.
Since joining our team, he has continued to hone his craft and consistently delivers the highest level of service and product for our clients. William has remarkably quickly developed an uncommon breadth of knowledge, skill and relationships across the SWFL building industry that, combined with a relentless attention to detail, make him an invaluable member of our company’s team and an invaluable asset for our clients. He is a Florida State Certified General Contractor, Roofing Contractor, and licensed Community Association Manager.
Project Manager
Miles came to The Aerial Companies after many years of experience working with a local engineering firm. He has vast experience in building construction with a focus on ensuring proper compliance with structural plans, investigating structural deficiencies, and overseeing new construction and structural repairs. Miles’ trained eye and experience in dealing with a multitude of subcontractors across all different types of construction allows him to quickly resolve issues and move the project forward to completion. Miles also provides valuable insight and consulting services to Aerial’s affiliated consulting company – Forensic Construction Consulting.
Project Manager
Born and raised locally in Naples, FL Kyle went on to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology and Construction Design before entering the construction industry with Pulte Homes. After cutting his teeth there, Kyle managed a local roofing company before coming to The Aerial Companies to manage our Roofing Division as well as Project Manage remediation and remodel projects. Kyle’s breadth of experience, attention to detail and deep local connections with vendors and subcontractors make him a valuable asset and member of the Aerial team.
Project Manager
John brings over 38 years of experience in building luxury custom homes to our team here at The Aerial Companies. After leaving the United States Marine Corps, the bulk of that experience comes from his 30 years at A. Vernon Allen Builders, where he completed dozens of projects in Port Royal and the Olde Naples area. John has directly supervised and managed projects at the highest and most complex levels in the industry, building direct working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, building officials and subcontractors to allow for a seamless completion of projects. John’s vast experience and personal relationships with skilled tradesmen across all facets of the building industry are what distinguish John’s contribution to the Aerial Companies team and are a great asset for our clients while we are working to build or fix one of their larger assets.
Controller
Jamy assumed the role of Controller at The Aerial Companies after over 10 years of accounting experience across varied industries. Jamy’s extensive experience allowed her to quickly take reins of the accounting department to oversee billing, payables, and receivables all the while budgeting and forecasting across the many different aspects of the construction industry in which Aerial performs work. Jamy also generates valuable reporting to assist Aerial’s management in daily accountability.
Billing/Payables Administrator

Sue oversees the billing and payables departments and is responsible for assembling all documents together for customer invoicing and vendor payables. This includes matching time and material vouchers to our “real time” custom computer system, vendors invoices, and any equipment rentals for our jobs. Sue works hand in hand with our Project Managers and Superintendents in gathering intelligence from the field. She has been with Aerial since 2007 and prior to that she has over 17 years experience in hospital billing.
Permitting / Administrator
Teresa handles all aspects of permitting for the various construction jobs at The Aerial Companies, including new construction, reconstruction, demolition, remediation, restoration, water damage repair, and structural damage repair. Teresa also works hand in hand with our Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure our thorough and timely documentation process is followed to facilitate detailed and accurate customer billing.
We specialize in General Contracting, new construction, restoration, remodels, waterproofing and roofing.
