This new construction bay-to-beach front estate home overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway on this beautiful island enclave. We integrated a solar panel system which significantly lowers the energy cost year-round by generating a substantial percentage of the energy used in the home.
Water intrusion exacted severe damage to this house. The cost of the substantial damage exceeded the FEMA 50% rule guidelines. As a result of the FEMA determination, the owner had to demolish the existing structure and decided to build a brand new compliant estate home on the same site.
