Work is currently underway at the The Shores at Gulf Harbour in Ft. Myers, Florida. The project consists of the removal of an existing failed parking garage deck trafficable waterproofing system. After removal of the failed traffic bearing system, Aerial professionals continuously monitor temperature and moisture content of the structural concrete slab to ensure a successful re-application.
