Two years later and we are still working on repair projects from Hurricane Irma. After resolving insurance, engineering and permitting issues, we were able to get underway and are currently in the process of wrapping up this project which has had structural damage resulting from wind uplift and water damage to an elevated balcony deck during the hurricane.
Balcony decks live a tough life! They act as a roof and have to put up with intense radiant heat, large thermal fluctuations and substantial water migration in and out of the deck system.
