For over 10 years, Craig has led Aerial’s mold remediation team’s throughout the State of Florida on many challenging projects. “The Aerial Companies has participated in over 40 highly technical projects over the last few years, most of these mold contamination projects are associated with severe event related or insidious water damage profiles and the repair protocols can be extensive” says Mr. Kobza.
The Florida Senate recently passed a bill requiring licensure and regulation of mold assessors and remediators. The program is administered by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Craig joins the ranks of a small specialized group of professionals in this highly technical field of construction.
