That means starting with the best, time-tested, waterproofing products in the industry.

The four waterproofing products we trust our reputation to, during construction or water damage repair, are Kemper®, Tremco®, Wet Flash®, and Schlüter Systems®. Kemper Systems®

Kemper® is a leader in cold-applied liquid waterproofing membranes. In construction and water damage repair, we most commonly use the Kemper® System for waterproofing elevated decks, planter boxes, fountains, plaza decks, and parking garage decks. Kemper System waterproofing products are UV and chemical resistant, root and rot resistant, and they are unaffected by standing water or ice. They are virtually impervious to bio-deterioration, which is probably why architects and engineers specified the Kemper waterproofing system for the dome atop the Empire State Building, NY’s MetLife Building, and along the Alaskan Pipeline, and many other well-known structures.

Tremco®

Tremco® is a leader in developing residential waterproofing, weatherproofing, sealants, and passive fire control solutions for residential and commercial construction and industrial applications. Our experts, at The Aerial Companies, use the TremcoVulkem 350/351 product and the TREMproof 250 GC with TREMDrain product.

Tremco’s Vulkem 350/351 is a cold applied deck coating system that cures to form an easy-to-clean, aesthetically appealing rubber membrane surface. The non-skid surfaces make it a popular choice for pedestrian walkways and other foot traffic surfaces.

TREMproof 250 GC is very versatile, commonly being used in construction between slabs on plaza decks, and roof terraces, to waterproofing for foundation walls, tunnels, planter boxes, and more.

WetFlash®

WetFlash® was developed by Building Envelope Innovations, LLC (BEI) after years of investigating and repairing water intrusion damage around windows and doors. The method and flashing material BEI developed is not only a proven improvement in waterproofing window and door openings, it also simplifies the installation. WetFlash protects the building from new water damage, while saving time and material costs.

Schlüter Systems®

Waterproofing is not only about keeping water out. Just as important is the science and art of getting water to drain away! The Schlüter-DITRA-DRAIN MAT system is a product we use to maximize drainage of exposed exterior elevated stone and marble deck assemblies.
