Often times it starts with an impending storm.  You may already have performed a detailed inventory of valuable items and taken photos for pre-loss value verification – but what about the structure itself.  Documenting the existing conditions of the structure is your basis for coverage.

 

We’ll help you develop documentation on a "pre-loss" basis, by providing a thorough building inspection and documented property assessment.  This may need to be updated every year or two.

Insurance adjusters need to know three basic things – the extent of the damage, how much for repair costs and the previous condition of the structure.  After a storm (or any type of damage) we document and photograph the damages, scope damage profiles for needed repairs and provide cost estimates.
