  • Post-construction advice to owners regarding the repair and remodeling of defective or potentially defective conditions.
  • Construction defect reporting during litigation as a consultant to attorneys or as an expert witness on behalf of a party to a law suit.  Aerial has undertaken assignments for both the plaintiff and defense.  As a finder of fact we explore, define and report the facts of a case to the attorney.  (See Construction Defect Reporting for more detailed information.) 

 

Our Specialty

We have experience in evaluating the cause of distress in a wide variety of construction materials.  We are often hired to investigate a failure, assess responsibility for the failure, and then develop solutions for repair or rehabilitation of the structure.
 

The Inspection Process

As we follow our inspection process we photograph each area of failure in detail.  We provide photo documentation of the conditions and circumstances under which a failure exists.
