Our architectural and special effects finishing expertise is artisan quality and a reflection of the past.

For high end estate homes and other specialty construction projects, our craftsmen can create finishes up to a Level 5 plaster finish. In this finish all joints and interior angles have tape embedded in the joint compound and two separate coats of joint compound are applied over all flat joints with one separate coat of joint compound applied over interior angles. Fastener heads and accessories are covered with three separate coats of joint compound. A thin skim coat of joint compound is then applied to the entire surface. This creates a smooth surface free of tool marks and ridges.

Our specialty Marmorino finish is a Level 5 finish using a traditional Italian plaster formula comprised of lime and fine marble dust. This creates a smooth surface with a matte sheen and cloudy variation of values.

ArcusStone® is the original and leading source for decorative limestone coatings that provide the look and durability of quarried stone — without the inherent weight and expense. ArcusPlaster™ is a proprietary blend of limestone and other natural minerals, plus special bonding agents to produce a plaster of enhanced strength and appearance. It can be finished smooth, mottled, antiqued — or anything in between. It also makes a perfect stucco for exterior or interior use.
