Originally built in the 1880's (Naples first hotel) and rebuilt in 1930. Prior to the construction of the first 18 hole course in Naples, the only available golf was at a 9-hole city site with sand greens that doubled as the airport. Golfers had to use 3rd Street and 5th Avenue as fairways. The Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club now offers six residential beachfront buildings with 256 guest rooms, 42 suites and 20 efficiencies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, their championship golf course or the beautifully landscaped grounds.

During 2005-2006 we contracted for various maintenance and remediation work scopes including exterior sealant removal and replacement at windows and doors, exterior wall and roof penetration sealant work, stucco repairs, concrete crack repairs (some leaky areas requiring epoxy injection), elevated slab structural repairs, pressure cleaning, rust removal, and exterior painting including doors and elevated balcony deck floors. We were proud to be a part of keeping this historical landmark in good working order.

Naples loves Ritz Carlton’s – I guess that’s why we have two of them, one Beach Resort and one Golf Resort! The Ritz Carlton on the beach boasts 450 guest rooms, including 35 suites, and an exclusive 51,000 square foot world-class spa featuring more than 30 treatment rooms, Seven restaurants and miles of white sandy beaches. We performed various amounts of restoration on the window and door units of the main building, including wood removal and replacement or treatment. Actual restoration work ranged from wood putty infills to removing entire pieces of the stiles and frames. Most all caulking was replaced and all work both new and existing, was then scraped, primed and re-painted. Additionally the expansion joints were cleaned, repaired and re-painted. Our main focus when working at any hotel is safety and guest privacy.

The Registry Resort, which is now the Naples Grande Beach Resort following an impressive multi-million-dollar revitalization is located on 23 waterfront acres along the Gulf Coast of Florida in Naples and situated near miles of a natural mangrove estuary. In 1999 prior to the renovation we provided our services in the following areas; concrete repairs in numerous areas, some removal and replacement of curbs and sidewalks, reinforcing steel repairs at various structural beams and columns, structural post tension cable repairs, planter box repair and waterproofing and sealant work at various windows.
