Public Sector Construction Projects

We’ve been involved in some exciting projects in the Public Sector and understand the way you do business and the special needs of your building occupant’s safety and schedules.  Our broad experience includes a wide variety of institutions at the city/town, county, state, and regional levels.
 
We pay close attention not only to the detail and quality of the installation of our solutions but also to the safety of the public and others.  We often take extreme measures to limit risks including working at night if necessary to avoid exposure to the public at large.

Concrete repair, structural strengthening and plaza deck sub grade roof restoration.  On the exterior plaza deck at the courthouse stands a memorial to World War II veterans.  Our company was hired to provide structural concrete repairs and CFRP slab strengthening prior to the installation of the bronze sculpture to enhance the load bearing capacity of the plaza deck surrounding the memorial. Watch the video above to learn more about this exciting project.

Refurbished exterior façade of building in conjunction with major renovation. Work included emergency leak repairs, removal and reinstallation of high performance silicone sealants, and the cleaning, refinishing, and polishing of the entire granite facade of this highly visible government landmark. This work was done while maintaining building operations at this very busy and high traffic government center.

Waterproofing is our specialty.  A “wet seal”, as it relates to the building envelope industry, is generally referred to as the application of an elastomeric, gun-grade joint sealant at the interface of a glass unit and the adjoining frame and/or gasket of an existing window unit. The primary function of a wet seal is to alleviate water infiltration occurring within a window assembly.
