Craig M. Kobza – President, CEO
Craig is owner, founder and qualifier of The Aerial Companies, Inc. which he established in 1981. With over 30 years of experience in specialty construction and remediation, Craig actively participates in both sales and operations, and enjoys helping customers resolve complex problems efficiently and permanently. He is a State Certified General Contractor and licensed Mold Remediator. He also provides litigation support for construction defects cases and insurance claims and serves as an expert witness during the litigation process.
Ed Clark – Vice President

Ed joined Aerial in 1982. He’s from from Port Huron, Michigan and attended Central Michigan University. Ed interacts with our customer base, develops job scopes and coordinates the project managers, foreman and field crews. He also documents work performed and maintains the quality of work as well as the time scheduled to perform the work. He is a waterproofing specialist which allows him to interact with our customers in solving their problems with water intrusion.
Hunter Leake – Executive Project Manager

Hunter provides the technical and team leadership necessary to complete our largest projects on budget and on time. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida State University. He is a General Contractor and heavy high rise builder. Previously, he was President of Allen Concrete, Inc. and specialized in all facets of concrete construction, including; tilt up, block, brick, foundations, large commercial, estate homes and multifamily high end condominiums. Hunter holds multiple construction certifications.
Jeff Robinson – Estimator / Project Management

Jeff’s past positions as superintendent, project manager, estimator, and sales agent have given him the expertise he draws upon every day at Aerial. His responsibilities range from estimating and sales to customer relations and project management. Jeff manages entire projects from the initial meeting, estimating and proposal stages, to final inspections and follow-ups… continually keeping his customers informed of job progress. He is a licensed General Contractor, holds a LEED AP designation in building design and construction, and has additional training in OSHA Safety and environmental regulations.
Terry Hoff – Project Manager

Terry has lived in Naples since 1971 and joined the Aerial Companies in 2005. He earned his Certified General Contractor license in 1976. Since then he has been responsible for hundreds of estate home and high rise condominium projects. Terry has experience in all areas of the construction field and is extremely good at team building.
Zach Kubernat – Estimator / Builder Sales

Zach has attended Florida Gulf Coast University, Valencia Community College in Orlando, and Edison College in Naples. Zach has been employed in various positions at The Aerial Companies since 2006. As Chief Estimator, Zach manages the estimating department along with analyzing costs and budgets with operations and project managers. He utilizes advanced estimating software to increase efficiency and accountability.
Carlita Brady – Project Manager

Carlita has been with The Aerial Companies since 1990 and has worked diligently up the ranks to Project Manager. She specializes in coatings, waterproofing systems and structural concrete repairs. Carlita is a certified rappeller and you may see her rappelling many of Florida’s residential and commercial high rise buildings. She’s been highlighted by the National Association of Women in Construction and is an excellent example for women in our industry.
Andres Ariza – Logistics Manager

Andres joined The Aerial Companies in 2005 and is from Bogota, Colombia. After many years in school, Andres earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2010. Andres is responsible for providing safety and logistics support to operations. He manages purchasing, warehouse inventory and continuously expands the company’s logistics capabilities for faster emergency response times.
Susan Brehm – Contract Administrator / Corporate Secretary

Susan graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY in 1985. She is involved in all aspects of every contract – from proposal to change order management to project closeout. She interfaces with sales, estimating, accounting, project management, insurance, legal, and the customer during the construction process Susan is an allied member of The American Institute of Architects.
Bethany Achberger – Controller / Human Resources

Bethany received her BA in Accounting from the University of South Florida and has over 20 years of accounting experience. Bethany joined Aerial in 2006 and is responsible for the accounting functions which include cash management, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and financial statement preparation. Bethany also manages the Human Resources department.
Sue Kubernat – Customer Billing Manager

Sue oversees the billing department and is responsible for assembling all documents together for our customers invoicing. This includes matching time and material vouchers to our “real time” custom computer system, vendors invoices, and any equipment rentals for our jobs. Sue works hand in hand with our Project Managers and Superintendents in gathering intelligence from the field. She has been with Aerial since 2007 and prior to that she has over 17 years experience in hospital billing.
Susan Kuehne – Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

Susan joined Aerial in 2002 and is from from Unionville, Pennsylvania. She received her BS degree in Education from York College of Pennsylvania. Susan manages the day to day office operations and spends a majority of her time monitoring the time keeping of our crews in the field to ensure accuracy. Susan holds multiple Red Cross certifications and awards in emergency management and volunteer services.
Gail Bauser – Accounts Payable / Field Payroll

Gail has specialized in construction accounting with Aerial for over seven years. She oversees the Accounts Payable department with responsibilities including field staff payroll, vendor and subcontractor invoicing. Gail enjoys working hard for Aerial and building positive relations with the company’s many vendors and subcontractors.
