We’ll provide a detailed contact list for those individuals assigned to your account, but in general, here are the roles and responsibilities of our “customer-facing” staff:

President, CEO – As President of The Aerial Companies, Craig M. Kobza actively participates in both sales and operations. He thoroughly enjoys helping customers resolve problems efficiently and permanently.

Vice President – Claudia Brooks oversees the office and office personnel, insurance issues, legal issues, and is our in-house Timberline Software Systems “expert”.

Project Managers – Your Project Manager will be your main point of contact. He oversees and must approve all work performed. He will be responsible for the management of personnel and hire any subcontractors that may be necessary.

Estimators – Usually the Estimator is the first person on our staff that you’ll meet. He’ll be logging your requests, performing the initial inspection, providing quotes and contracts. He may determine a meeting is needed with a Project Manager prior to providing a quote.

Superintendents - will be responsible for on site supervision and management of the project.

Administrators – Our administrative staff is here to assist you with paperwork, including lien releases, insurance matters and billing.
