Single Source Responsibility – Making it Easy…
The Aerial Companies has the unique characteristic of providing and self-performing most all of the work we do. We want to be your preferred “contractor” like you have a preferred doctor or attorney. Since we are a ‘multi-faceted’ organization and specialize in maintaining healthy structures, we want you to think of us when an emergency arises, when you have a special project or when you just need some routine care. In our quest to build long term relationships, we strive to make it EASY for our customer’s to do business with us.By packaging our most common maintenance solutions and keeping detailed records accessible through secure web based software, your “structural history and scheduled events” are just a click away from your Estimator, Project Manager and Superintendent wherever they may be.
Customer Engagement (Pre-Construction) – First Contact through Contract
When a customer asks us for a quote, or just some advice for that matter, we take great pride in really listening to your needs and then providing all of the information needed to make an intelligent decision about the project. Our corporate web site is also a valuable resource for information on our specialties, construction practices, references and case studies.
Upon request, one of our Estimators will arrange a visit at your convenience, (yes, we’ll come out after hours) to discuss your needs and perform a preliminary inspection. Based on the findings of this initial inspection our Estimator, or Project Manager, may uncover potential issues outside the scope of your request. We don’t want you to think we’re “up-selling” you, but more so just informing you of potential issues that if ignored may cause damage and require more costly work in the future. Our Estimator’s and Project Manager’s have a trained eye for defects – they’ve seen it all.
Quotes are turned around quite rapidly and we’ll provide in great detail how and when the work will be performed, the cost and available payment arrangements and any other pertinent details. Once accepted a contract will be prepared and provided to you for signature.
A pre-construction team meeting will be held to discuss the project, the special needs of the customer, assignment of responsibilities, chain of command, etc… A copy of the Project Schedule will be provided prior to the start of work. It will include all phases of work with proposed start and finish dates for each task.
Construction Phase – (Post- Contract through Project Completion)
During construction our crews are respectful and follow strict guidelines for safety, craftsmanship and cleanliness. Your superintendent will be there to supervise and enforce our professional standards. If at anytime during the course of providing our services we uncover defects in the building, we will bring it to your attention and provide options for correction. Periodic inspections by you and our key team members ensure high quality and consistency in our work. We typically photograph areas of work before, during and after construction. This is especially helpful for our customer’s who are absent.
Post-Construction
It’s party time…. No in all reality, we do enjoy completing a quality job on schedule with the least amount of intrusion to the owner as possible. After the work passes your approval we wrap up quickly, provide any necessary instruction, answer any questions and schedule follow-up visits if needed.Your points of contact:
