Description of methods used to train employees

The Aerial Companies views each project related to its specific requirements. As with construction projects, they all require the proper selection of workers to obtain the highest level of quality. We select employees based upon how well their experiences match the specific requirements for the project. We believe in maintaining the most technically experienced and knowledgeable work force in the industry. This is accomplished by requiring that our employees keep current with regards to product information and safety requirements. Often manufacturer’s representatives will provide workshop instruction for our employees. In addition, our management team believes in providing the best possible training for our workforce and on occasion, members of our management team have provided seminars to advance the cause of the technical aspects of various aspects of the restoration industry.
