OSHA #500 "Train the Trainer" Certification Earned

As safety is a main priority for us here at Aerial, V.P. Claudia Brooks has earned the OSHA Course #500 Certification by the US Department of Labor and OSHA Training Institute in an effort to streamline safety education for employees.  She is now able to teach the 10 and 30 hour "Outreach Training Programs" and issue cards to participants as verification of completion.  We have a dedicated classroom with multiple computer stations where employees study, take exams and share the latest safety reports, documents and field techniques.

President, Craig M. Kobza Designs and Develops Software to Streamline Company

Business Command Solutions
In an effort to streamline The Aerial Companies, President Craig M. Kobza designed and developed “Command Center” software to increase the level of knowledge sharing between all staff members.  This web based data visualization tool provides on demand information on all major activities of the company.  Fundamental business information stored within multiple software programs is combined and displayed online in a way we need to all see it.  We don’t need to wait for staff to run reports or combine critical information manually.

Our Command Center is updated every 10 seconds and is accessible from anywhere – anytime.  This has streamlined every aspect of our business as we all understand and can “SEE” the progress of company activities at the touch of a button.  We use various symbols, shapes and colors to depict the status of business activity according to our own business rules.  Here is an example of the information we extract and combine from our various software programs and display online:

We’ve gained a competitive edge in our industry using this state of the art technology.  We’re a much ‘tighter’ organization and can respond to customers smarter and more efficiently, we’ve saved on administrative costs, even insurance costs as our insurer sees that we’re mastering this incredibly complex business .  This is another good example of how we’re able to cut costs and increase customer confidence and service levels without sacrificing quality to stay competitive in our current economic conditions.
