Aerial / TG Southeast Joint Venture Build New Testing Facility in Naples
Ron Tatley, President of TG Southeast, has developed and constructed several testing facilities designed to test fenestration assembly performance in wall sections. They have developed the testing protocols and equipment necessary to test assemblies consistent with current wind load and velocity hurricane zone requirements throughout the Southeastern US. Most often they test typical installation details in typical wall sections consistent with the requirements for each project. Once positive results are achieved, the tested elements are incorporated into the reconstruction process for each project. "We are very excited that our testing facility is now based in South Florida as we are committed to ensuring the integrity of high end home structures and commercial buildings throughout the State", says Ron Tatley.

President, Craig M. Kobza Designs and Develops Software to Streamline Company
In an effort to streamline The Aerial Companies, President Craig M. Kobza designed and developed “Command Center” software to increase the level of knowledge sharing between all staff members. This Web-based data visualization tool provides on demand information on all major activities of the company. Fundamental business information stored within multiple software programs is combined and displayed online according to our business processes. The display allows the staff to drill into details of each project and we can also group, sort and filter the information based on the current need. We don’t need to wait for staff to run reports or combine critical information manually. We’ve gained a competitive edge in our industry using this state of the art technology. We’re a much ‘tighter’ organization and can respond to customers smarter and more efficiently, we’ve saved on administrative costs, even insurance costs as our insurer sees that we’re mastering this incredibly complex business. This is another good example of how we’re able to cut costs and increase customer confidence and service levels without sacrificing quality to stay competitive in our current economic conditions. The technology has saved us approximately $1.5m in the past two years. Due to the overwhelming success of the solution, Business Command Solutions was opened in 2006 to market the tecnology to businesses across the country.
